Abstract
The objectives of this research are to 1) study the conditions and needs related to the development of a model for being an innovative learning organization in the 21st century at Muang Phon Pittayakhom School 2) create and develop a model for being an innovative organization. Learning in the 21st Century of Muang Phon Pittayakhom School 3) Experiment with the development of an innovative organization model for learning in the 21st Century of Muang Phon Pittayakhom School 4) Evaluate and certify the development of an innovative organization model. Learning innovations in the 21st century at Muang Phon Phitthayakhom School This research is research and development (Research and Development). The target group includes 143 teachers of Muang Phon Pittayakhom School, academic year 2022. The population includes 3,157 students in Mathayom 1-6 of Muang Phon Pittayakhom School, academic year 2022. The sample group includes 341 students in Mathayoms 1-6 were obtained using the Krejcie and Morgan table (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970) and simple random sampling. The tools used in the research included questionnaires. and assessment forms in each phase of the research Statistics used in quantitative data analysis include percentages, averages, and standard deviations.
